Keychain Station
Guests receive a printed photo strip and a personalized, two-sided circle keychain made onsite. The Keychain Station is an add-on priced separately from the PicBox Photobooth package and runs for the same duration as the booked service.
An instant keepsake station
Guests take their photos at PicBox and pick up their finished keychain onsite. Choose a photo on both sides or add the event name or logo on the reverse.

Important PicBox information
What to Know Before You Book
What is included and what the venue needs
- A standard 110V outlet and a clear indoor 8×8 ft space are required.
- We arrive approximately 35 minutes before service for setup.
- Your custom photo design can include names, the event date or a brand logo.
- Your complete digital gallery is delivered within 7 days after the event.
Reservation and payment terms
- Submitting an inquiry does not reserve the date.
- After availability is confirmed, we send a separate link to complete the reservation.
- A $100 non-refundable reservation fee secures the date and is applied to the final balance.
- The remaining balance is due one day before the event.
Travel fees and service area
Travel is included in North Dallas (75248), Addison, Richardson, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Far North Dallas, Plano, South Frisco, Irving/Las Colinas, Garland, The Colony, Lewisville and Coppell.
A minimum $35 travel fee may apply outside these areas. Submit the exact event address for a confirmed quote.
Outdoor events and installation conditions
Our standard service is indoors. Outdoor exceptions require advance approval, safe weather protection, stable flooring, adequate space and reliable power.
PicExpress reserves the right not to install or to stop service when the agreed conditions are not met or equipment, guests or staff could be at risk.
