2. Inquiries & Booking Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry, availability request, or contact form through this website DOES NOT constitute a reservation and DOES NOT guarantee availability.
Dates are not held simply because an inquiry has been submitted.
A booking is considered confirmed only after PicExpress USA has confirmed availability and the client has completed all required booking steps, including acceptance of the applicable Service Agreement and payment of the required reservation amount.
Until those requirements have been completed, the requested date and time may remain available to other clients.
3. Services & Pricing
PicExpress USA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that service descriptions, packages, pricing, and other information displayed on this website are accurate and current.
Final service details, selected options, event information, pricing, fees, and other booking-specific terms will be confirmed as part of the reservation process.
Website information does not replace the Service Agreement applicable to a confirmed booking.
4. Payments
PicExpress USA may offer different payment methods depending on the service and transaction.
Online card payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. When using a third-party payment service, the transaction may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
Any applicable payment processing fees or other charges will be disclosed before payment is completed.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Event-Specific Policies
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, reservation payment, overtime, idle time, travel, venue access, setup requirements, damages, and other policies relating to a specific event are governed by the Service Agreement accepted during the booking process.
Nothing contained on this website should be interpreted as replacing the terms of an executed Service Agreement.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If a client believes a payment has been made incorrectly or has a concern regarding a charge from PicExpress USA, the client is encouraged to contact PicExpress USA first so that the issue can be reviewed and an attempt can be made to resolve it directly.
This provision does not limit any rights a consumer may have under applicable law or through their card issuer or payment provider.
7. Photos & Event Content
Photographs, videos, graphics, event examples, and other media displayed on this website are provided to demonstrate PicExpress USA services and previous work.
Any use of photographs or event content created during a booked event is subject to the applicable Service Agreement and any permissions or releases associated with that event.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the PicExpress USA name, logo, website design, graphics, written content, photographs owned by PicExpress USA, and other original materials appearing on this website are the property of PicExpress USA and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks, logos, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

This website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, forms, payment processors, social media platforms, or other services.
