Website information

This website describes PicExpress photo booth, 360 video booth and event activation services. Package details, pricing and availability may be updated. A tailored quote or reservation agreement controls when it differs from general website information.

Inquiries and reservations

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. PicExpress first confirms availability and then sends a separate reservation link. A date is secured only after the required reservation steps and payment shown in that link are completed.

Event requirements

Clients must provide an accurate venue address, suitable indoor space, reliable electrical power and reasonable access for setup and breakdown. Outdoor service is by advance exception only and requires safe weather protection, stable flooring, adequate space and reliable power. PicExpress may decline installation or stop service if agreed safety or equipment conditions are not met.

Travel and additional charges

Travel charges may apply based on the event location. Any applicable travel or custom-service charge will be identified before reservation whenever the event details are complete.

Intellectual property

PicExpress photographs, graphics, videos and original website content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission. Client logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
