What to Know Before You Book
Travel fees and service area
Travel is included for events in North Dallas (75248), Addison, Richardson, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Far North Dallas, Plano, South Frisco, Irving/Las Colinas, Garland, The Colony, Lewisville and Coppell.
A minimum $35 travel fee may apply outside these areas. Your exact event address is required to confirm the charge.
Outdoor events and installation conditions
Our standard services are designed for indoor events. Outdoor exceptions may be approved in advance when the venue provides safe weather protection, stable flooring, adequate space and reliable power.
PicExpress reserves the right not to install or to stop service when required conditions are not met or the equipment, guests or team could be at risk.
Reservation, payments and setup
A $100 non-refundable reservation fee secures the date after availability is confirmed and is applied to the final balance. The remaining balance is due one day before the event.
A standard 110V outlet and the required clear setup area must be available. Setup time and space requirements vary by service.
