When you contact PicExpress, request availability or ask for a quote, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, guest count, service interests and other event details. The website inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not reserve a date.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to questions, confirm availability, prepare quotes, plan requested services and communicate about an event. We do not sell personal information.

Event photographs and client brands

Event photographs, videos, logos and brand materials are handled to provide the selected service and showcase prior work when appropriate. Client logos, trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Service providers and retention

We may use service providers needed to operate communications, reservations, payments and website hosting. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for event planning, business records and legal obligations.
