Travel is included in all packages for events located in North Dallas (75248), Addison, Richardson, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Far North Dallas, Plano, Frisco (South), Irving/Las Colinas, Garland, The Colony, Lewisville, and Coppell.

A minimum $35 travel fee may apply for locations outside these areas. Please provide your event address to confirm the exact amount.

PicBox Photobooth Add-Ons

Reserve your date

To book your date, please check availability by sending us your event location, date, time, and the package you’re interested in through our contact form or messaging channels.

If your date is available, we’ll send you a link to complete the reservation form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a copy by email as confirmation.

A $100 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your booking.
The full balance must be paid 48 hours before the event.

Premium Backdrops

Our PicBox Premium and Deluxe service includes a premium 8×8′ backdrop. Please note, this backdrop can only be installed indoors, as wind or weather conditions may pose a risk to its stability. Additionally, it requires a wall behind it to ensure it stays securely in place.

Prefer a personalized touch? You’re welcome to use your own backdrop, or if you have a cool wall, it can serve as the perfect background for your photos!

What do you need to know?

  • To book your date, a $100 non-refundable reservation fee is required after availability is confirmed. This fee will be applied toward your final balance and is mandatory to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 1 day prior to your event.
  • Power requirement: A standard 110V outlet (regular outlet) is necessary for operation.
  • Booking process: Check availability, complete our booking form, pay the reservation fee, and your date is secured!
  • Setup requirements: The inflatable cube and backdrop must be installed indoors. A space of 8×8 ft is required. Exceptions may apply.
  • Photo customization: We create a digital photo design tailored to your event, including the date, names, or logos.
  • Setup time: We arrive 35 minutes before the service time to set everything up.
  • Photo delivery: A link to download all your digital pictures will be sent 7 days after your event.
  • Add-ons: Ask about our additional services, including the inflatable cube, photo guest album, and idle hour options to make your event even more special!
